MRISK

The M*Risk Pre-Trial Risk Assessment tool is designed to be used as source of information for bail decision makers when setting bail. The tool is not intended to be used as the soul criteria for making release decisions, but to be used with all other available information to determine the most appropriate release to ensure the rights of the defendant, safety of the community and integrity of the system.
